The practical desserts series, which I will be adding to continuously, is for those who like to entertain but don’t want to be stuck in the kitchen all evening! Most of these delicious recipes can be made in advance, popped in the fridge and garnished quickly at the last minute.

They include access to an instructive video clearly showing the stages so you can follow it more easily. 

They are also a great way to familiarise yourself with a few patisserie techniques, without losing confidence on fussy complicated recipes…so also perfect for older children or students wanting to add to their repertoire!
