My positive experiences with Taystful started before the Christmas chocolate making course began. Here are the reasons why- 1. I had IT issues accessing the information which were entirely my fault and Shona responded speedily and remedied the situation quickly and efficiently. 2. The information provided was extremely useful and practical. 3. The chance to ask questions was offered at each step of the way. I did have a query about one of the ingredients and Shona answered directly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. 4. The ingredients for the workshop were packaged well, labelled clearly and arrived in plenty of time with concise and easily understandable instructions. So, what of the actual course. Shona was an excellent tutor and was proficient at delivering an online Zoom session. Shona exhibits extensive knowledge about the art of chocolate making. It was great to participate in a friendly online learning experience in the middle of a pandemic. Not only did I learn a great deal about chocolate making but also had a most enjoyable morning. Moreover, my family and friends were delighted with the finished product and raved about the delicious chocolates. I would have no hesitation in recommending this course and look forward to being able to participate in another course in the future.
