Shona is always happy to answer all my questions and never makes you feel that it was a silly question. The desserts made were really lovely and the course was aimed at just the right level. Shona is very relaxed and makes the courses fun. This course was all day and I came home with 3 beautiful desserts for all my family to admire and enjoy. Shona had recipes ready and some ingredients weighed out to help but allowed us to make the major components of each dessert. She is always happy to assist if needed and answer lots of questions.
