I love the tanginess of the passion fruit combined with the dark (but not too bitter) chocolate in this one! I use a magnetic mould (which can be quite expensive) with a patterned transfer sheet, but the ganache can be piped in to truffle spheres or in to a pre-cast polycarbonate mould instead if preferred.
